Machine Information Menu Use the Machine Info Menu to display information about printer supply
usage. The following table describes the functions you can perform from the
Machine Info Menu.
Note:  To perform the action associated with the menu item you select, press the Enter key. If you are unfamiliar with using the operator panel to
work with menus, please read “Using the Operator Panel Keys” on
page 22 and “Navigating Menus” on page 23 before continuing.
Machine Info Menu Item Description PAGE CT Displays the number of pages the printer has printed. TONER CT Displays the toner cartridge counter. FUSER CT Displays the fuser counter. RESET TONER CT Resets the toner cartridge counter. After you select the RESET TONER CT
item, press the Enter key. When you see the RESET COUNTER? /+YES, -NO
message, press the key to reset the current value to 0.
Note:  IBM recommends resetting this counter whenever you change the
toner cartridge.
RESET FUSER CT Resets the fuser counter. After you select the FUSER CT item, press the
Enter key. When you see the RESET COUNTER? /+YES, -NO message, press the
key to reset the current value to 0.
Note:  IBM recommends resetting this counter whenever you change the
usage kit.
CTL CODE Displays the code level of the printer’s controller. IPDS CODE Displays the code level of the optional IPDS feature. This menu item
appears only if you have the IPDS feature installed.
COAX CODE Displays the code level of the optional coax interface. This menu item
appears only if you have a coax interface installed.
TX CODE Displays the code level of the optional twinax interface. This menu item
appears only if you have a twinax card installed.
