HI there i have recently purchased a velleman kit from maplin. It comes with a pic 16F627 chip and i have managed to program it useing the sample code that comes with it. I have managed to change the pattern that the leds light up and change there speed ( but not to a specific speed). the program that coems with it is mplab and Progpic2, this is the example code that came with it.
