  Hi everyone.
  I have been working with the NOPPP for days.
  
  I have tried the modded version of the NOPPP for the PIC16F87X
  but for some reason I cannot read or write to it. I passed the voltage test. it seems like the circuit works.....
  
  I just followed this schematic and used this software:

  it gives me errors like: "Failed at 0000: Expecting (something), found 3FFF."

  it says that it might be that the hex file was compiled wrong, or the cable is too short. I am sure that the file is right I compiled it twice making sure of the proper settings. I have passed the voltage test so is it possible that the // wire is too short?
