  i have already researched for it and was able to come up with the design by weeder tech and peter cousens. which is only for 16x1 or 8x2 lcd.

  i would like to know will the code for 8x2 lcd will also work on
  the 16x2 lcd? because im located here in the Philippines and an
  LCD that is 8x2 or 16x1 is hard to find all that is available is a 16x2.
  
  and also can it be manipulated so that it can have a maximum frequency range of 100mHz?
