The hazards of non-dairy creamer

 Powdered non-dairy creamer, when suspended in the air, is incredibly flammable. Perhaps even more so than flour or rice dust. I am simply describing an interesting phenomenon. Igniting suspended particles of any kind is very dangerous and can injure you severely. So don't do it!
Ordinary household flour is very flammable, as well, as long as it is suspended in the air. That is why explosions are somewhat common in grain storage facilities. A classic Mr. Wizard example of this is to place a tiny amount of flour on a flat surface (think driveway), place a burning candle on top of the middle of the flour (making sure that the flour has settled - not a windy day project), plopping an inverted empty large can (big coffee can) over the whole thing, and running a very long tube, such as aquarium tube, from underneath the can to the hastily constructed barricade you will be hiding behind when you blow into the tube. It should send the can flying.
