CAN ANYONE HELP ME????????????

1> Please inform me how can we use WIN32 ASSEMBLY codes in a 32 BIT"C/c++" program?(I use Microsoft VC++ v.6.0 compiler )

2> I use ICZLION'S win32asm tutorials for learning win32 asm(thank's Icz_ ,they are really good).But when i was reading the tut.10-11(dialog box parameter),I came across a strange situation.
I used DialogBoxParam ,to display my dialog box .But no dialog was displayed.
when i started debugging the program, I found that the function call was immediately returned with a NULL value, so that them next call was made to ExitProcess.Please tell me why the DialogBoxParam returned a NULL?

I will be very greatful to any one ,who answers this.
