To move the printer over long distances, reuse the shipping carton and
      other packing material.
5.   Remove any paper in the paper trays.
6.   Remove the 550-sheet paper tray.
7.   Open the front cover and remove the toner cartridge. Store the cartridge in       the foil bag it came in.
8.   Together with a second person, lift and carry the printer to its new       location. To move the printer over long distances, reuse the shipping
      carton and other packing material.
9.   Reinstall the printer at the new location. Cleaning the Printer IBM recommends cleaning your printer approximately once per month.
1.   Power off the printer.
2.   Unplug the printer.
3.   Use a soft, damp cloth to carefully wipe the outside of the printer. Attention: Do not use abrasive cleaners on the printer covers. Do not use
detergent solutions or other liquids on electronic components. Do not use
cleaners that contain ammonia. 4.   Wipe the printer dry with a soft, dry cloth.
