I am generating a square wave form with time period of 10 Khz using delay routine using dsPIC30f6014A using 16xPLL, 7.37 MHz oscillator. If I measure the frequency or time period using frequency counter I am not getting fixed 100 microseconds in fact its varying evrytime I RESET the device with 0.25 microseonds variation  is it possible to achieve fixed start up time period on evry RESET. I am using dsPIC development board 1.1. ANy suggestion or help is very much required and highly appreciated.</BLOCKQUOTE>
