I am using a PIC18f8720 for a simulation purpose and communicating serially with a computer through the USART port out through RS232 driver and cable. I am successful in sending and receiving integer byte of data but when it comes to decimal point numbers i am finding it difficult as the RCREG and TXREG are 1 byte of size and cannot take decimals. any help with this kind of an issue will be greatly appreciated. <!-- 38545.0889583333 EOR -->
