Using an R280 and the Full Spectrum Kit, plus every tip on this page, I could not come close to what I get using PCB fab in a box (the dextrin? release toner transfer).  I use Muriatic/Peroxide as an etchant, and none of the techniques above result in ink that can survive the etching process in great shape.  I'm not saying I couldn't get a serviceable board with some luck, but I couldn't consistently get great results.
