I am writing you because Superior Carpet Systems located at 761 76th street Byron center, Mich. Is helping one of his imployees get workmans comp for an injury that did not happen while working for the company. David Beerens is the owner and person involved in this issue. The guy that is claiming this injury did it while working on a side job that was not for the company. His name is Chuck M. dont know his last name.
