svci2_name: A Unicode string containing the name of the network service to monitor.
svci2_status: Specifies the status of the connection.
svci2_code: The return code returned if the designated service fails to install properly.
svci2_pid: Specifies the service process identification.
svci2_text: Specifies text describing the service.
svci2_specific_error: Specifies the error returned if the designated service fails to install properly or if an error occurs during service.
svci2_display_name: Specifies the name of the display type for the net service.
