EM_PASTESPECIAL Overview Group

The EM_PASTESPECIAL message pastes a specific clipboard format in a rich edit control.

EM_PASTESPECIAL 

wParam = (WPARAM) (UINT) uFormat; 

lParam = (REPASTESPECIAL FAR *) lpRePasteSpecial;

Parameters

uFormat: Clipboard format to paste. For a list of clipboard formats, see SetClipboardData.
lpRePasteSpecial: The address of a REPASTESPECIAL structure or NULL. If an object is being pasted in, the repastespecial structure is filled in with the desired display aspect. If lParam is NULL or REPASTESPECIAL.dwAspect is zero, the display aspect used will be the contents of the object descriptor.
