Draws or defines the given vector graphics object.

Parameters

nItemId

Action flag. This parameter, which specifies the action to carry out and determines the appropriate values for wDataSize and pData, can be one of the vector object values in “Constants” later in this topic.

wDataSize

Size, in bytes, of the data pointed to by pData.

pData

Address of a buffer containing the information used to carry out the requested action. The meaning and format of the buffer depends on the value of nItemId.

reserved

Reserved; do not use.
