I program a microcontroller 16c745 with a hex file. when I program it the led blinking and the program is complete.  I verified it with no error but when I try it mounted in the project circuit card nothing happens; the led  does not go on and the card is not recognized by the game controller as its supposed. I verified all contacts in my project card and all is okay.I dont now if the chip is programmed or not. Please advise.<BR>
