OK, this is the most obscure logic question, a challenge to you a supposed brilliant engineer. I have an application which uses a bi-lateral switch (HEF4066BP). How can I have a high input impedance (low conducting state), when the HEF4066BP has no power supply? In other words I can still drive a signal through the 4066, when it has no power attached. Is there a logic family which has a different intrinsic circuitry, which stops this?
