The strangest thing happened: the linistepper was driving the stepping motor but the pulser's adjustments weren't responding - on a whim, I disconnected the pulser, and I was right...the linistepper kept driving the motor!!! I can't see the class-D power supply I have in the control cabinet putting out a pulse, yet there's no other circuitry onboard...what do you think is going on? Oh, I decided I will sort out everything this time, THEN I'll send you the pictures! One favor, though: after hearing how the modern commercial 'scopes allow you to track using ANY planet's orbit, switch back and forth, etc, I want to (eventually) have a PC drive the 'scope - can you recommend any software designed for the task? ANY links, sites, tips will be researched...and, of course, appreciated. thanks again, Carl Vermandere '
