I'm not sure what to say about that, but the 555 kit might help if you could find a way to switch the direction signal and stop the pulses between pictures.' at: '' agent_zed@lycos.com asks:
Hi (hope this is the correct place to ask) i was wondering if this is what i need for my project. Iam building a 4 filter slider for a camera which needs to move to each filter then return to the begining after each photo is taken. I actually know next to nothing about motor control at the moment, is this possible with the kit? i can solder and follow instructions etc i just am unsure if this will do what i need. Thanks for your time. Ryan|Delete 'P-' before: '' but after: 'Shenta Tsai of Civica Industries Corp. asks:
Dear Sir, I was wondering why not using a Mosfet instead of Darlington JBT, I mean... Mosfet have a much faster on/off speed an d can produce higher micro steps during low speed and give full power during right speed right?

Hi, I have a trio of 3A (maybe 3.5A) 9v motors and i am considering driver boards. Where should i look for more information about running this board at higher current levels? Should I be looking into more drastic modifications, or simply buy some 80mm fans and aluminum? I am planning on printing my own boards if I go with the Linistepper.
My last question is more of an idea than something i think i will do, could I create a 3 axis linistepper board which could control 3 motors by sharing some key components (namely the PIC) between the 3 motors to reduce space and cost? I understand that this would require reprogramming the PIC, and i have never done that before but i dont think it is beyond my ability.
