Data but no Form: Four things need to be in place for the form image to print:
- There must be an eForms device of some sort at the printer. It may be attached behind the printer, or installed inside the printer.
- The workstation must have a printer driver installed that supports eForms
- The eForms fonts must be installed in to the printer driver
- The correct driver must be selected in your PMS system

• Please select the option that best matches your issue:
  Data but no Form: The form image isn't printing, but the guest name, etc... IS printing....
  Form but no Data: The form IS printing but the guest name, etc.. is NOT printing....
  Dead printer: Nothing is printing at all. The printer just sits there.
  Form and Data print but wrong: The form AND the guest data are both printing but something is wrong with them
