Please follow these simple instructions:

Take a check from your checkbook, fill it in as if you were going to mail it to us, then record it in your check register.
Make your check payable to: Express Marketing
Copy ALL the information on that check to this form.
Click on the "Submit Quick-Checks Payment" button below.
Write "VOID" on your check and keep it as a receipt.
Your payment will appear on your next bank statement.

NOTICE: Any individual who chooses to submit "Fraudulent" checking account information will be prosecuted to the full extent allowable by law.

Please make sure that you enter your Email address above and that it is a VALID one. Without your VALID Email Address, we will not be able to confirm your order and won't authorize the shipment of your product.
Your product will be sent immediately AFTER WE RECEIVED BANK CLEARANCE of your check payment (usually within 24 hours). We will send your CHECK AUTHORIZATION NOTICE via Email immediately after your payment has been approved.

I understand that the Payee, (Express Marketing) or authorized agent of Payee, will sign the bank draft as my agent for this transaction. This authorizaton is valid for this one transaction only. No other bank drafts may be created on my behalf without my/our direct authorization".
