The Help title must be short enough to allow scrolling with the up/down control. If an application has a long name, it should be shortened: e.g., "checkers" instead of "wireless checkers".

If Help is started from the file selection window, the files must retain their places when Help is exited. |

The dialog windows, which should appear simultaneously with Help, are not written over Help. However, this rule does not apply to the dialogs that are initiated by the service programs.
