Level Selection in Games

1. If it is allowed to use the device as a partner in a two-player game, or both partners can play on one device, the Partner Selection menu must contain the "CYBIKO" and/or "HOT SEAT" lines. To add these lines to the list of identified devices, use the third parameter of the select_game_partner function.

2. The level of the computer as a partner must be selected from Cybiko-master, Cybiko-beginner, etc. These computer partners, similar to "HOT SEAT", must be placed at the bottom of the list.
