welcome-message
If you want to print a message upon a new incoming connection, set welcome-message
to the name of the text file to display. This file can be used to
tell a user about the site before they choose whether to login or not.
This file is loaded once when NcFTPd starts up. If you make changes
to the file you will need to restart the server.
Examples:
welcome-message=/home/ftp/etc/welcome
#welcome-message= (commented out)
Recommendation:
#welcome-message= (commented out)
