Hi David,

Rather than the pronunciation, it would've been much easier if you asked th=
em to do a project; A fraction of the complexity that you need to achieve a=
t your place itself, like a real test.
(A fraction, since you need to see the results in a specific time span, whi=
le evaluating personnel)

Sometimes, pronunciations could be misleading.
(I've come across software developers claiming years of experience who coul=
d not count upto binary 3)
