If changing the part, then the software needs to be=20 told tht there's another part, assuming it allows swaps like that. Or=20 run it as a separate job on the same boards with just different parts to=20 place. This is why it pays to have a machine that can hold a lot of feeders. The big boys (CEM's) have racks of just feeders pre-loaded with lots of=20 common components depending on what the job/boards require. One CEM=20 just dedicated 12 feeders to my simple components and left them ready to=20 go for whenever I needed a batch run. Cheers, -Neil.
