Following up on this, the USB Bridge Tool never asked for the token that
is presented in the bridge manager. So, I suspect my debugger is connected
to the MPLAB Xpress server, but that connection does not know how to
connect to my MPLAB Xpress IDE since the token was never given to the USB
bridge. The USB bridge has minimal menus (exit and about), so I apparently
can't put the token in there. Is the token hidden in some configuration
file somewhere?
