Not exactly what you are looking for, a bit of fun, but there are some values he states such as distillation temperatures. I successfully brewed sugar in a 15litre water fountain bottle with some fast acting high alcohol tolerant yeast and was done in a couple of days. Shame you cant get hold of this stuff (fast yeast) at this time. I don't recall adding anything but sugar and yeast. I distilled only a bit but it burned ok so I figured it was alcohol. My still was cumbersome so never completed the process.
