Seems to be a reasonable assumption, confidence boosted by the picture here=
=20
showing a dot near the bottom left pin...

Datasheet does indicate what orientation they will be on tape/reel, and pac=
kage=20
outline drawings show "pin 1 index area" - but nothing on what to expect to=
 see in=20
that area.
