A 22 kV feeder arrives at a pole, is stepped down to 240 V single phase, then by underground cable to a main switchboard at house, then further cabling to a shed. I won't go into further detail in public, because I'm still working with the relevant parties; electricity distributor, electrician, and equipment manufacturer. But I'd like some advice from any of you who have put up with me over the years. ;-) It is fascinating me 'cause I keep thinking about the electrical details of the situation. Conditions of engagement; - you won't make public any of my identifying details, or photographs, - we will discuss by private mail, or voice, or video call, - we may form a team and share within it. Looking forward to distraction. --=20 James Cameron http://quozl.netrek.org/ --=20 http://www.piclist.com/techref/piclist PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
