 It seems to me that at 60 Hz (50 Hz), there would have to be a large
number of turns to provide enough reactance to=20
 keep from the line seeing a short.  So, determine a resistance value
that you would be comfortable with, rearrange=20
 the inductive reactance formula to get you the inductance value needed
to get that reactance value at the line=20
 frequency, then use a coil formula to determine the number of turns
needed for that inductance and frequency.
 This sounds labor intensive, but it really isn't that bad.  This is the
way I would start outif I were doing this.  =20
