Know of any groups on the 'net who concentrate on documenting
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices?

I've a badly documented device on which I'd like to bypass the app,
and feel I could learn from others who have done the same.

I've done it before with another device, but the one I'm looking at
now has not yet been forthcoming with meaningful responses.  Perhaps I
just need to be braver.
