I would seriously doubt it. The Tin Whisker problem will show itself pretty=
 rapidly.

Tin Whiskers are a problem whatever atmosphere, vacuum and air. I don't kno=
w off hand about pure nitrogen or other gasses, but AFAIK the problem alway=
s exists. NASA and the US military have done a lot of research into Tin Whi=
sker problems, and there are a number of videos on the web of them growing =
in real time, and they can grow quite fast. They also don't seem to be depe=
ndent on electrical field strength.
