......  Win Key ... "Services", locate the following services, start them
and set Start type to Automatic (Delayed Start).


   - Function Discovery Provider Host

   - Function Discovery Resource Publication

   - SSDP Discovery

   - UPnP Device Host


NOT the only "possible problem areas" suggested by many but indicative of
what lying underneath may need fixing in some cases (such as mine).


Also suggested are host file issues, use of or need to use I addresses, ...
