For PCBs we have fantastic (quick / cheap / quality) services such as
allpcb.com.

Does anyone know of a similar service for membranes / decals? And also
possibly for machined plastic or metal parts? Hopefully with a simple web
interface for specifying and uploading designs and getting an immediate
quote, and with nicely priced worldwide delivery?
