My thinking was that it sounds like a good project to have out among the wi=
nd farms they are building in the sea all around the UK coast. You already =
have a large number of high towers with the turbines on top, so why not hav=
e these interspersed with concrete batteries to absorb off peak generation =
....

At the end of the day absolute efficiency becomes one of the last worries. =
If there is a method of storing a significant proportion of the off peak ov=
er generation and it can be stored to help peak time consumption then let's=
 build it. Using hard core waste to make the blocks only adds to the useful=
 utility of it.
