This particular laser detector module is sold many places online but I=20
can't find the 3 terminal laser sensor itself. Does anyone know what the=20
part would be and where I can find it's specs. On this board it takes 5=20
volts and ground and outputs a signal when a laser signal is received. I=20
am thinking it is just a phototransistor of some kind but I would like=20
to know which one. It claims to be optimized for 650 nM. Here is a link=20
