Yes, it was interesting.  Like an engineering notebook, but filtered
for what worked, removing almost every dead-end.  Keeping some
dead-ends to explain rationale for next decision point.

I can imagine the engineering team meeting; do we need those resistors
on the serial bus?  Can we remove the firmware blob from the eMMC?
Can we sign the firmware and have the PIC verify the signature?  Can
we do bounds checking on every piece of data from the outside?
