I would code something to do it, in either Forth or Python.

- a Forth on a SoC (esp32, esp8266, teensy, arm),

- Python on an SBC with the Linux kernel one wire driver (raspberry
  pi, beaglebone), or;

- MicroPython (esp32, esp8266, arm).
