I am using my pickit 2 on windows 10 but only through the standalone =20 software =20 http://www.microchip.com/DevelopmentTools/ProductDetails.aspx?PartNO=3Dpg16= 4120 =20 near the bottom of the page see "PICkit 2 V2.61 Install A" mplab x won't even connect to my pickit 3, but neither will mplab IPE.
