The last time I tried to do a flyback that needed special magnetics, I had =
to go through major hoops to get the bobbins, core halves and clamps.
That in hand it was not bad at all. =20

Mostly when I'm doing SMPS lately, they are boost or buck, and off the shel=
f magnetics work well enough.
