This might be a stupid question, but what characteristics in relation to a =
any audio transformer does a load need to have to maximise the current thro=
ugh the primary? This is for testing a circuit I already have that drives a=
 transformer with a pulse to get a higher voltage output. Not having realms=
 of transformer vector theory, and in experiment a short on the output does=
 not give the highest current, and variable resistors give current but not =
massive increases.
