Some sort of crystal needs to be on the package, and those have very finite=
 limits.
A processor chip like the Nordic nRF chips, plus discretes for bypassing.
Power regulation is likely to be off board and "your problem".
Putting an antenna on there, with expectations of reasonable range and not =
spewing harmonics due to mismatch seems somewhere between difficult and imp=
ossible.
Also note that anything near the antenna (a wavelength or so) is part of th=
e antenna, including plastics.

I am willing to be impressed.
