I suggest AliExpress.

The price depends on the type of interface you want.

Smaler LCDs (up to 3.5") are available with COB controllers and have
parallel MCU interfaces and internal frame buffer (RAM).

The larger ones usually are just the display panels without a controller
and need an RGB digital video source. Your board need to supply a
continuous video signal.
There are some larger models with a controller board attached. Some of
them accept analog (VGA, composite) or digital (HDMI) signals. Those
need also a steady video signal. Others have internal frame buffer and
offer a parallel bus interface.
