Use the list of Pololu distributors in Canada?

Quick search of each has led me to just one (!) of them listing the
Pololu product at CAD $12.50

With a 25 and more price of CAD $9.60

Their shipping tab says free for orders of CAD $75 or more.  I didn't
dig deeper, you might.
