Oh wait... I did know about that, but I filtered it out a while back as=20 it required a Vcap for the internal regulator, and I'm out of pins on a=20 very packed PIC and a very tight PCB. I'm looking at these (18F25K42)=20 as a drop-in upgrade/replacement for the 18F25K22-I/ML but with the=20 12-bit A/D. `No datasheet yet, but so far the 18F2xK's have not needed=20 Vcaps.
