as the NCO is basically a timer module, no reason why you can't
sample and store values as you would for any other timer. Or use
data generated from the pulse times in your spreadsheet. Either
way the end result will be fairly straightforward table reading for
reproduction

The formula approach is a viable option although probably more
development time. The danger is that if you do go that way you
might not like the sweep and have to tinker
