0.  observe the URL at the end of each post,

1.  open http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist in web
browser and scroll to bottom,

2.  enter your e-mail address in the text entry just to the left of
"Unsubscribe or edit options", and a new page "options/piclist" will
appear with a password prompt, unsubscribe, or password reminder,

3.  if you don't know your password, ask for a reminder, wait for the
mail, and then proceed to the next step,

4.  enter your password and click on "Log in".
