You could make it 1000 deep and call it a 75L oven, still only 305 wide. The recess on the left hand side is 9mm deep but the turntable is centred on the floor of the oven, so that recess is meaningless, unless you expect a 31.4 container/plate to be bumped from side to side as the turntable rotates.
