The retailer hasn't been much help. They say

"Our merchandise team have advised that the cavity size is=20
306*303.6*208.2mm"

Well, duh, I told YOU that. 19 litres

"Should you have any further enquiries please do not hesitate to
contact us on .... "

And that was it.

I don't think they're worth persisting with. Tempted to drop Fair Go
a line though. Mostly because I really would like to know how the
manufacturers work out the volume. My new microwave is perfectly
good, cooks OK, but it's not what it says on the tin
