That would be over 38 x 26 x 33 =3D 33 litres

There's 0.655 litres of recess in the door, which makes the
front-to-back length longer and adds a little to the volume. But
(a) doesn't help you put anything bigger in because the side-to-
side width is less than that and (b) the microwavee has to sit up
on the turntable and that nullifies nearly 2 litres volume under it

Curious. Simply curious. Juggle measurements and figures
as I might, there's no way it's 23 litres of useable volume
